An estimated personal budget for international students is $3,000/year. Due to federal visa regulations, we are also required to have proof that a student has sufficient financial resources to cover his or her personal budget for the year. This means that we need to see proof of financial support for an additional $3,000 on top of the direct costs. The personal budget amount is NOT payable to the College; however, when a student is applying for financial aid, they need to show that amount before the College is able to issue the I-20 form.
